Mus. P. aged 34 years, wife of a Conductor in the Ordnance Department. Past history.?Patient has been married nine years. Has had three children and one miscarriage. Youngest child two years and two months old. Was in good health until 5-|years ago, when she met with a carriage accident in which she struck the back of her head and her coccyx against the carriage.
